Loop Cheats Refund Policy

Cheats are digital and go on your account the second you pay, so sales are final by default. That said, if we screwed up or something's broken on our end, we'll make it right. Here's how it breaks down.

When we refund

• Paid but nothing arrived. Open a ticket with your order ID. We'll either get the cheat on your account or send the money back.
• Paid twice, or paid for an order that got cancelled. We'll return the extra.
• Cheat doesn't work and we can't fix it. Open a ticket soon after buying, let us try to sort it. If it won't go, you get a refund or the time back.
• Partial crypto payment. Top it off, or ask for what arrived back.

When we don't refund

• Changed your mind after loading the cheat up.
• You got banned in-game. That's the risk you took, covered in the terms.
• We pulled your account for breaking the rules (sharing access, abuse, chargebacks, etc.).
• You asked for a chargeback instead of a ticket. Dispute us and we're done.

How refunds get sent

Crypto goes back in crypto, to a wallet you send us, for the USD value of the order minus network fees. Cash App goes back to the Cash App account that paid. A refunded cheat gets pulled from your account at the same time.

How to ask

Open a ticket in our Discord with your order ID (starts with LS-). That's it.
