Here's what we hold on you and why. Only what we actually need to run this.

What we keep

• Account: username, password (salted scrypt hash, never plain text), and the hardware ID of the PC your account is bound to.
• Discord: your Discord user ID and tag, once you link them.
• Orders: what you bought, the price, how you paid, the order status, and what the payment provider reports (amount, coin, payment ID).
• Activity: last time the client or a cheat checked in. Used to count active users and keep licenses honest.
• Chat: messages you send in the in-app chat, kept for 5 days.
• Support: Discord tickets, including transcripts when they're closed.

What we don't do

No selling your data. No ad trackers. No analytics scripts shipping behavior off to other companies. The site sets one cookie, only when you sign in, so we know it's still you on the next page.

Who else sees it

• NOWPayments handles crypto checkout. What you type on their page is theirs, read their policy.
• Cash App handles Cash App payments, paid to the business tag of whoever's in your ticket.
• Discord runs our community and the tickets.

Security

Sign-in sessions use tokens we only ever store as hashes. Server logs include IPs and don't stick around long, just enough to keep the service running and catch abuse.

Your choices
